Yugo GP Return & Refund Policy

At Yugo GP, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, as appropriate.

Size & Color Selection

Please review the product's size guide carefully before ordering. Because each product is made specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color was ordered.

Actual product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the printing process.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered production.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We may not be able to provide a free replacement or refund for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on your bank or payment provider.

EU & UK Customers

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Where applicable law provides cancellation, return, refund, conformity, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights will apply.
