How to choose your Yugo GP size: a practical fit guide

The most useful starting point for choosing a Yugo GP size is a garment you already enjoy wearing. Measure it flat, then compare those measurements with the Size & Fit Guide on the product you want. A size label on its own doesn't tell you the width, length or silhouette.

Start with the garment on the product page

Yugo GP designs are printed on different garment styles. This guide's table applies to tees identified as AS Colour 5001 in their product details. It is not a universal chart for every Yugo GP product. If your product names a different garment, use its own measurements.

AS Colour 5001 is a regular-fit tee. The Women collection's crop tanks have a different silhouette and length, so don't choose a crop tank by applying the T-shirt table below.

How to measure a tee you already own

1. Lay a clean, dry tee flat on a level surface. Smooth it gently without stretching the fabric.
2. Measure its width across the chest, from one side to the other just below the sleeves. This is a flat garment width, not your body circumference.
3. Measure the length from the highest shoulder point beside the neckline to the bottom hem.
4. Compare both measurements with the product chart. A tee can have the width you like but be longer or shorter than you expect.

AS Colour 5001 tee measurements

These are garment dimensions in inches, based on Printify's published chart. Available sizes vary by design and color; a size appearing here does not mean every product offers it.

The supplier lists a measurement tolerance of 1 inch. For example, if your favorite tee measures about 22.2 inches wide and 31 inches long, the Large measurements are close. That is a comparison example, not a guarantee of an identical fit.

What if you're between sizes?

Compare the smaller and larger sizes with a tee whose fit you know. Consider whether you prefer more room through the chest and whether the extra length works for you. Avoid automatically sizing up without looking at both dimensions.

For a crop tank, repeat the comparison with a cropped tank you already like. Pay particular attention to where the hem sits. Use the individual product's chart rather than estimating from a standard tee.

Peter's experience with two Large tees

I own two Yugo GP T-shirts in Large, and both have fit the way I expected. After about five washes, the colors still look strong to me and the artwork looks much as it did when I first received them. They still look pretty new.

That is my experience with two shirts, not a measured shrinkage test or a promise about every garment. I haven't confirmed the underlying garment model for those two shirts, so I wouldn't use my experience to choose between different blanks. The product-specific measurements remain the better starting point.
